Therapeutic services
I believe people are the sum of their lived experiences. I am passionate about helping clients address their trauma so they can live the best version of their life today. I offer sessions in a safe and judgment-free space where my goal is to support clients in developing the tools they need to address the challenges facing them.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Certified EMDR Therapist, Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, and Certified Advanced Drug and Alcohol Counselor, my primary areas of expertise are serving clients who struggle with trauma and substance use concerns, as well as fellow therapists. I use evidenced-based treatments to help clients get to the root of their struggles and find freedom from the impact of past events. I recognize that starting a healing journey can be overwhelming and I understand that healing looks different for everyone. I aim to support clients in that journey by cultivating a safe space for self-discovery. I look forward to hearing from you!

What is EMDR?
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a highly effective, evidence-based therapy designed to help individuals process and heal from trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and other distressing life experiences. EMDR works by using bilateral stimulation—such as guided eye movements, auditory tones, or tactile taps—while the client focuses on specific traumatic memories. This process helps the brain reprocess these memories, reducing their emotional intensity and transforming negative beliefs into healthier perspectives. EMDR is particularly helpful for those who feel "stuck" in their healing journey, as it facilitates the brain’s natural ability to process and integrate challenging experiences. Recognized by leading mental health organizations, EMDR offers hope and relief for anyone seeking to move past the impact of trauma and reclaim a sense of balance and well-being.
Who is a good fit?
Ideal clients are adults who have experienced distressing or overwhelming events that continue to affect their daily lives, emotions, or relationships. This includes those dealing with symptoms of PTSD, anxiety, depression, or unresolved grief, as well as anyone feeling stuck, disconnected, or weighed down by past experiences. I am well versed in working with people who are in recovery from substance use disorders as well as fellow therapists seeking treatment.
